Where is Wigwam® Holidays Crowtree? 

 

Our glamping site is based in lovely Lincolnshire near Spalding. 

We have Running Water Deluxe Cabins, a Wigwam Lodge and a beautiful rural backdrop. 

Some of our cabins also have hot tubs, including our spacious Wigwam Lodge. 

Our luxury cabins are perfect for the special couple, along with close friends and family to stay in. 

You can hire firepits, enjoy some alfresco dining and enjoy quality time away from life’s hustle and bustle. 

 

What about the Wedding Reception?

 

Crowtree has teamed up with Wild at Heart Tipis, also based in Lincolnshire.  

While Crowtree provides the en-suite glamping accommodation, Wild at Heart provides the tipi of your choice and where you can host your Wedding Breakfast/Reception.

Can I Book Your Whole Site? 

 

If you’re planning to celebrate your wedding with us here at Crowtree, yes, you can book the entire site for your use, along with the Wild at Heart Tipi of your choice. 

This means you can relax and enjoy your special time with friends and family without worrying about other guests staying onsite. 

 

What is there to do onsite? 

 

We have access to a croquet set, firepits, Zebedee's Pavilion (indoor area for gatherings), and lots of walks. 

The main thing to do here at Crowtree is to mark the start of your new life together with the ones closest to you.  

You can enjoy your celebration and then chill out and do nothing at all!

I want to know more about Wild at Heart Tipis … 

 

Wild at Heart Tipis and Events specialise in hiring out one of their tipi marquees, which are of different sizes and capacities to suit your celebration. 

They can also provide contacts and catering options for your wedding reception. 

One of their unique selling points is they bring the tipi marquee to Crowtree so you can have your reception and accommodation in one beautiful location.  

Wild at Heart can also offer catering options and accessories hire.

What do the Tipis Look Like? 

 

The Tipi from Wild at Heart are based on a traditional Scandinavian design, made to withstand all types of weather, cold and warm temperatures.  

The Tipis that can be hired include one to four structures with flooring, lighting, tables and benches, and dance floor. 

Hire of the tipis is for 48 hours including set up and break down. 

Additional items that can be hired include a catering gazebo, festoon lighting, toilets and generator.  

For the larger Tipi Marquee, you can also have an outdoor firebowl, rustic bar, band stage and other items included in the tariff.

So How Does It Work? 

 

Once you’ve decided your wedding date, then you’ll be wanting to decide upon the reception venue. 

Once you’ve tied the knot, then Wigwam® Holidays Crowtree offers the perfect wedding accommodation coupled with the Tipi of your choice. 

You will need to book well in advance and there are different packages available. 

 

How much does it cost? 

The full glamping site hire is £3,500 to include all cabins, all hot tubs, electricity, heating, car parking and access to any onsite facilities. 

The Tipi hire starts at £1,900 for a single tipi and the tipi costs are in additional to the above fee.

These costs do not include food, drink, the cake, photos, entertainment or any other related costs such as travel. 

 

What About Catering, Photography and Music? 

 

We at Crowtree or the Wild at Heart team have a little black book of contacts that we’d highly recommend. 

What we find, though, with many couples is they already have a caterer, photographer and the entertainment in mind.  

One of the unique aspects of Crowtree Weddings is the flexibility and we can help at every stage or you can organise your own event once you’ve secured the accommodation and Tipi Marquee of your choosing.

Does Our Celebration Have to Be a Wedding? 

Absolutely not!
Life is full of chances to celebrate, from engagements to retirements, from anniversaries to birthdays.

I’ve Already Got Married and Had My Reception … Can I Have a Glamping Stay With You? 

 

Absolutely yes! 

If you’ve already tied the knot, had your celebration and you are seeking peaceful place to relax, then Wigwam Holidays Crowtree is peaceful, nestling under mature trees and is a fabulous place to unwind. 

You can also book cabins for friends and family or just have time out for yourselves.

What Is There To Do Nearby? 

 

Wigwam® Holidays Crowtree is by its very ‘nature’ a rural location, surrounding by gorgeous trees, pastures and under stunning skies. 

If you want to explore the area, then the River Welland is a lovely place to walk, and Frampton Marsh Nature Reserve is a short distance away. 

We are just a few miles from the historic market town of Spalding which is in the South Holland district. 

The area is steeped in history and there are several museums nearby including the Pinchbeck Engine Museum. The Baytree Owl and Wildlife Centre is also a short drive away.
